Allegro Escrow Services specializes in the servicing of installment notes and contracts. Although we are not a closing agent, we can service all types of installment loans. We act as a true escrow agent when we hold release documents such as warranty deeds in our files to protect both the payer and the lender. We accept payment, compute interest and principal, then disburse funds per the lender's instructions. Our services may include:

	Reserve accounts for taxes/insurance
	Automatic ACH deposits to lender's bank
	Automatic debits for payers
	Late payment notices
	Monthly payment notifications
	Project reports
	Recording of documents after payoff

Annual fees include one disbursement per month. Additional charges my apply for extra services.

	Escrows with one or more underlying mortgages to be paid are welcome, subject to the above fee schedule.
	Inspection of the escrow documents by an attorney in the presence of the escrow agent will be permitted upon receipt of telephone authorization by either party to the escrow agreement.
